Simple Breakfast Sorbet
Good Morning everyone! This is a simple recipe I make for myself if I have a little extra time in the morning that's ingredients are sure to help make you beautiful inside and out!
To start off with you will need;
- Raspberries
- Blueberries
- Cranberries
- Plain Greek Yogurt
- Oats/Nuts of your choice
Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl and add in the oats or nuts of your choice. Enjoy!

- Raspberries are filled with vitamin C, they are good for heart health and also have anti-inflammatory properties.
- Blueberries contain natural anti-aging qualities and are also proven to reduce sun damage to your skin.
- Cranberries are great for your digestion system as well as being dubbed one of the worlds healthiest foods.
